Short Answer: Instagram Follower Prices per 1,000
Instagram followers are priced per 1,000, and the cost scales linearly: 500 followers cost half the per-1,000 rate, 10,000 cost ten times it. We pulled every Instagram follower service on our live service list on 4 November 2026 — 76 active listings — and grouped them by what you actually get. The median listing costs about $2.19 per 1,000.
- Budget, no refill (global accounts): $0.37–$2.54 per 1,000. Cheapest tier. Includes low-quality and bot-style accounts; anything that drops is not replaced.
- Refill-backed (global accounts): $0.69–$4.02 per 1,000. Covers 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, 365-day and lifetime refill guarantees, often on older accounts with posts and profile pictures.
- Country-targeted: $1.37–$14.51 per 1,000. Followers from a named country or region, such as India, Arab countries, Turkey or EU/USA. Narrower supply means higher prices; EU/USA accounts sit at the very top of the range.
These are wholesale reseller-panel rates in US dollars, the prices agencies and resellers pay before adding their own margin. Retail “buy followers” storefronts sell the same kinds of services in fixed packages, usually at a markup. What Drives the Price of Instagram Followers
Two services can both say “Instagram followers” and differ in price by more than 30 times. The gap comes from five variables:
- Account quality tier. Bot or low-quality accounts with no posts are the cheapest to produce and the most likely to be removed in Instagram's cleanup sweeps. Older accounts with posts, stories and profile pictures cost more because they look and behave like ordinary users.
- Delivery speed. Listings state a daily speed, from about 2,000 to 200,000 followers per day. Very fast delivery is cheap to supply but creates a sharp spike in your follower graph.
- Drip-feed delivery. Drip-feed splits one order into smaller batches over days. The per-1,000 rate stays the same, but you place and pay for several runs, so plan the total up front.
- Refill guarantee. A refill promise means the provider tops up followers that drop within the guarantee window. On our list, a refill-backed version usually, though not always, costs more than its no-refill twin: one HQ-account service is $2.04 per 1,000 with no refill, $2.19 with a 30-day refill and $2.51 with a lifetime refill.
- Targeting. Country-specific followers are the most expensive category because the supply of real accounts from that region is limited. EU/USA followers cost roughly six times a typical global refill service.

The table below converts the live per-1,000 ranges into the order sizes people ask about most. All figures are calculated from the SMM Rangers service list as of November 2026 and will move as provider rates change.
| Tier (as of Nov 2026) | 100 followers | 1,000 followers | 10,000 followers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Budget, no refill (global) | $0.04–$0.25 | $0.37–$2.54 | $3.73–$25.41 |
| Refill-backed (global) | $0.07–$0.40 | $0.69–$4.02 | $6.85–$40.20 |
| Country-targeted | $0.14–$1.45 | $1.37–$14.51 | $13.66–$145.08 |
| All listings | $0.04–$1.45 | $0.37–$14.51 | $3.73–$145.08 |
Two practical notes. First, every service has a minimum order, which ranges from 1 to 100 followers on the current list, so a 100-follower order works on most but not all listings. Second, the per-1,000 rate does not change with volume: there is no bulk discount built into panel pricing, which keeps the math predictable. Panel vs Agency vs Instagram Ads: How the Costs Compare
Buying followers is only one way to spend money on audience size. The three common routes are priced in completely different units, which is why direct comparisons are often misleading.
- SMM panel. You pay per 1,000 followers, from a prepaid balance, with no subscription. It is the cheapest route per follower and gives you control over quality tier, speed and refill. The trade-off: you are buying a number, not an audience that discovered your content.
- Growth agency or managed service. You pay a monthly fee for strategy, content, outreach or “organic” growth. The cost per follower is far higher and less predictable, but the followers are more likely to engage because they chose to follow.
- Instagram ads. Meta charges for impressions or clicks, not followers. Your cost per follower depends on targeting, creative and how compelling the profile is once people land on it. It can be efficient for a strong offer and expensive for a weak one, and the platform does not publish an official cost per follower.
Many accounts combine routes: paid ads or content for genuine reach, and a small, refill-backed follower order to avoid launching a new profile at zero. Whatever the mix, judge each route by what it does for reach and engagement, not just the headline count.
Hidden Costs and What “Cheap” Usually Means
The lowest per-1,000 price is rarely the lowest real cost. Before ordering, factor in what the sticker price leaves out:
- Drop rate. Several listings openly state an expected drop, from about 5% up to 30%. Without a refill, a 1,000-follower order that loses 30% effectively costs about 43% more per follower you keep.
- No refill, no replacement. “No refill” listings are cheapest because the provider carries no obligation after delivery. If Instagram purges the accounts, you pay again.
- Engagement mismatch. Bot-heavy followers do not like or comment, so a big jump in followers with flat engagement lowers your engagement rate. That matters to brands evaluating you and to Instagram's ranking signals.
- Account risk. Inauthentic activity is against Instagram's rules. A sudden spike of low-quality followers is the pattern most likely to attract attention; slower delivery and better accounts reduce, but never remove, that risk.
- Re-orders and support time. If you resell to clients, every drop becomes a support ticket. A slightly more expensive refill-backed service often costs less once you count the time spent on fixes.
In short, “cheap” on Instagram followers usually means three things: lower-quality accounts, no refill and faster delivery. Each one saves money upfront and moves cost to later.
